9. Refund Policy 

Given the nature of digital content and services, JobDescription.app does not offer refunds once a job description has been generated and delivered to the user. A refund is issued if there is a technical problem with the product and we can’t help you to resolve the problem. JobDescription.app is free to try, so please make sure to check it out before purchasing.

10. Processing 

All payments made on JobDescription.app are processed by Stripe.com, our merchant of record. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s services agreement, available on their website.

11. Miscellaneous 

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JobDescription.app regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and JobDescription.app.
